SBO Mailer - Mails are taking long duration to deliver

Hi Experts,

We have configured SBO Mailer for one our client

Working in SAP 8.8 PL 12

OS Windows Server 2008 R2

MSSQL Server 2008 R2

It takes too long to sent mails to the addresses approximately 1 day

Have checked the SBO Mailer Settings - Schedule 5 min

SMTP settings, Database Connections are Fine

Service are Running

No error in Event Viewer

About 50 user are working concurrently in the same database

Have checked with outlook - Mails are sent immediately

Can any one suggest any other possibliites and root causes

Is there any special settings to be Made for the users Connecting through Terminal Server

Alert is not working like that. Only if user log in to system, alert could be run.

What emails are you sending? Are they alerts? Do the users log on all the time?

Hi,

We have Configured Alerts through Mails.

We are sending PO the vendors through attachments from SAP
