NL Payroll / Create wage return file pc00_m05_clas, pc00_m05_clav , B2A Man

Hi Experts,

As a process the extractor pc00_m05_clav transaction creates/ downloads/ sends the file.

Once itu2019s created and downloaded and sent, it cannot be created again through composer (pc00_m05_clas transaction).

This is standard functionality.

Composer is to create the files manually and once the file is created through extractor, we cannot recreate it through composer.

However by one user for wage return file for period 09 2010 - after pc00_m05_clav transaction - he forget to download the file accidently via pc00_m05_clav - and directly changed the status of file in B2A Manager.

When user execute this transaction pc00_m05_clas - it is giving error like "No return found with status "New""

Now she needs the physical file to submit to tax authority,

Will you guys please let me know how she can get the physical file to send to tax authority?

Also FYI - We have given her workaround of Check the file via below path in his system,

Transaction code - AL11

Path dir_interfaces --> NL Tax --> LAA_OUT

where he dosnt have AL11 Authorisation - but if authorisation will be given then will he able to download the physical file?
