Work item appearing in SBWP

Dear All,

WE have a situation where the workitems which need to be executed from ESS MSS are coming up in SAP R/3 business workplace. THis should not be the case as users are trying to execute it from there and it is creating an inconsistency.

Is there a way to stop certain Tasks from showing up in the SBWP of users, so that workflows executed from Web do not show up there and create confusion...

So you want the items to be executed from UWL and not from SBWP? We have exactly the same behavior here with no problem at all. I'm not sure if that's the standard procedure... I.e. UWL reads the items from SBWP.

I would post the same question in Workflow and ESS/MSS forums. You'll get better answers there.

I filtered the required work items by implementing the enhancement spot WF_BWP_SELECT_FILTER.
