To clear the Quality Inspection

Hello!

In MMBE the stock is showing 290 nos. for a particular item.I want to move this particular stock to another storage location.that is from quality to another location.but it is not showing the stock in QA32 screen to move from quality.

I tried QVM2 screen also,but there also it is not coming.I tried MB1B to move from one storage location to another storage location using 321 movement that also showing error that 'Movement is possible only through Quality Inspection'.I checked in Material Master also. In that Quality Inspection type is selected.I have to move this quantities from Quality to some other storage location.The stock should not be shown in quality stock. what method i have to do to move this stock from quality stock.could any body plz help me to move the stock from the quality storage location.

Hi,

Run transaction QA32 with the option "select all inspection lots" ticked. Also extend your lot creation date so that you search over an extended period (unless you know when this lot was created). Then check if there are any lots with the status of SPRQ, this should hopefully find your missing inspection lot that still requires stock posting.

Thanks 4 ur response sir,In QA32 screen, i selected only the plant name and the material alone,nothing else i selected. i deselect date,inspection origin,selection profile.i just give the material name and the plant alone.and in the list selection, i selected all the inspection lot.but the stock is not found there.The status 'LTCA CALC' lot canceled lot is also present in QA32. Is that Possible that the stock will shown in the MMBE for the canceled lot.canceled lot quantity will not shown in MMBE know.

Do one thing

right click on Quality stock in MMBE then you to material document

check the stock type here.Here you will get the "Inspection lot" tab in the material document.

click on the inspection lot & check the status of the lot.Check the status of the lot as SPST or SPRQ with UD taken or so

Hello i right clicked on the quality stock in MMBE.Exactly i right clicked on the Quantity of the material (say 290) in MMBE.it displays Display material,Purchase Order,Stock/Requirement list,Reservation,Production Order,Equipment/Serial Number,Handling unit and so on. Here i need to select which one.

Hi in MI01 i having date field,bellow that plant,Storage Location and special stock option bellow that other information such as Physical Inventory number,Physical Inventory Ref.No,Grouping type and so on,in that which one i have to select for the quality stock,.

Enter material, if batch available then batch , storage type -2 Quality

Inventory document will be created

Enter the document no

if need fiscal year

Enter the quantity

and save

MI07

Enter the document no

press enter

Enter the reason

If it is giving the error message M7782 , then only way is you should apply SNOTE i mentioned.

Hi ,

as you written you got the error of "QM only", means 100% possiblity is there for inspection lot. in QA32 only add batch and material and in inspection lot orgin add 08. possibility is there for background lot (check in SPRO which inspection type is enterd in settings in plant level--select plant---click on lot creation -

InspTypeForInspStock).

Surely inspection lot is there, but you may not be able to find.You might have taken the UD without stock posting.

If it is batch managed material, put batch no. in QA32 screen and and select option all inspection lots and search the lot.

What is the inspection type?

Hi,

Try to post the material through physical inventory difference (MI01, MI04, atlast MI07) to make the stock to zero. If the system not allowed to post and if throws an "inconsistency error".  Then Sap note 48815 to be applied.

Download the sap note 48815 in service.sap.com

Also download the correction program for this note and create a transaction code like ZLOTIN with the help of your abap or basis team.

Enter the Material and plant and execute this Tcode.

if inconsistency exixts then it will list the material with quantity.

Click the pencil in the left side of the list. It will correct the inconsistency.

Now check in MMBE the quantity willl be automatically moved to unrestricted. With transfer posting you can move to any location.

Before that make sure the inconsistency error comes in physical inventory posting for this batch. Try this with MM consultant

In MI01 physical inventory document creation there is a field named STy near the batch field.

Select the Quality -2
