Error log during service entry sheet posting

Hi

I am creating a service PO with a/c assignment 'Q'.

OBYC is correctly maintained.

While creating SES in ML81 error log is coming like:

M8147 Account determination for entry XXXX KBS 0002 not possible.

where XXXX is the COA & 0002 is the valuation grouping code.

Need help

Hi,

Your service PO is with a/c assignment 'Q'. Check your entry for Q & KBS in movement type 101 in OMjj t.code

Also check SAP Note: 364570

I have checked the config. a/c assignment is checked there & in OBYC for KBS it is not checked,as per the note also.

Still it is showing the error

Hi,

You can not do assignment in OBYC for KBS. Control is on OMJJ & value string. SAP note.

Vijay..thats why I am saying that its not checked in OBYC & OMJJ settings are there already according to the note u mentioned.

A config was missing in OMJJ account grouping table.

Solved.
