Network Error - dns_unresolved_hostname

Hi Experts

When I try to use solman_workcenter, I am getting the below error

Network Error (dns_unresolved_hostname)

Your requested host "hostname.ab.local" could not be resolved by DNS.

For assistance, contact your network support team.

I have already maintained icm/host_name_full profile parameter.

Please help me resovle the issue.

do u hav any proxy config? try to ping the host from ur machine ?
