I have Installed SQL server2008, SAP B1 8.8 server & client, standalone in my desktop. But whenever I am trying to log in to the company databases (including demo), a system message is coming like...

"Unable to connect to companies in current server as algorithm is not updated; run common upgrade to update security algorithm"...Please help...

    Hi Rupa.....

There is some procedure you have to follow while installing SAP 8.8

Once you install SAP 8.8 you have to run the Upgrade Wizard in order to

upgrade SBO Common database and other company databse,.

It also includes addon and others upgraders.

Wizard is there in SAP 8.8 PL version........

    Regards,

    Rahul
