Outline Agreement Number not display in the Purchasing Requisition

Hi PP Gurus,

I have created an outline agreement for raw material. So when the system propose the Purchase Requisition, the outline agreement document number is not display in the Purchase Requisition.

Is there any setting in order for it be display?

Hi Pooja,

Generally the Outline agreemtn will not trigger Purhchase requsitions , it will only trigger the Schedule lines.

So kindly check the same.

My question if the PR is generated, then outline agreement number can it be auto default in the PR under the outline agreemen column.

Hi Bee Lee,

If you have th Outline agreement the system will generate only the Scheudle lines, in case if the requirement fass outside the planning horizon then the PR can be generated but it will not autofill the agreement number.
