Dear ZSAPUSER,

Check this standard Report MD19 - Firm Planned Order in the input screen give either by MRP controller wise or Material

wise, include the check box for Firmed planned orders and execute, now after executing select all and hit on Delete all Firming

Ind or else press(Shift+F8) and save the data.

Byt his way you will be able to meet your requirement.

Check and revert.

Dear Mangal,

Yes MD19 helps, but from what i remember, this program does not have selection based on planned orders. Also the selection options which exist are limited to a single entry eg: single material, WBS etc.

Is there any changes to this program to make mass selections?

Dear Vivek,

If my understanding is correct then the BAPI which you have mentioned is the only solution for this.

Dear Mangal,

I re-checked in the system & MD19 does not have option to go by planned orders. Further the options which exist are for single entry.

However I wont say that the BAPI is the only solution, as the need in the initial query just states there are many firmed planned orders. It does not provide further details, so if its just for a single material or MRP cont. etc then MD19 should suffice.

But if the planned orders are for different materials, then user has to do multiple MD19's or if the effort justifies the business need, then develop a Z program.

Vivek

Hi,

Not sure if there is a std. program for this, but you can do it via a Z program.

Use Bapi - BAPI_PLANNEDORDER_CHANGE & BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT. Provide your specifications to your abaper & it should be possible.
