Hi Experts,

The cumulative balance in the inventory posting list is different with stock on hand info of the item master data (item md --> tab inventory).

E.g. item C has stock on hand : 30 pcs. Right click item master data --> inventory posting list --> balance : 32pcs.

We use B1 2007A SP01 PL08. Pls give advice how to solve it. TIA

Hi,

I agree with Gordon. You can try to restore the item balance but you must only restore the item code that its stock is not as same as posting list balance.

Check the item batch wise or not batch wise. you received item batch wise or with out batch.

Hi,

Kindly check Note No. : 999124 regarding the reported issue.

Run the attached detect query with the Note "0_Wrong_IsCommitted_OnOrdered.TXT" and confirm whether the item in question appears in the list of results.

If yes, then please log a support ticket to get the issue investigated further.

You need to try restore Item balance. This has to be done under SAP support guidance.
