CR XI R1 and Windows 7 (32 bit)

I have an application that is built using Visual Studio 2008 (VB.NET), .NET Framework 3.5, compiled to any CPU, although it s a 32 bit application. It calls Crystal Report (.rpt) files and launches the report via the distributable CR Viewer 115. All of this works fin in XP (32 bit), Vista (64 bit) and Windows 7 (64 bit). However, when the application is run in Windows 7 (32 bit), the application encounters and error. The report is displayed, though. If the user wants to run any more reports or wants to do anything else in the application, it must be shut down and re-started.

I have no idea why Crystal will not run the same report it will in Windows 7 (64 bit), yet fails in Windows 7(32 bit). The application, which is a windows client-server application, is distributed using InstallShield.

Any idea why the CR rpt files will not run in Windows 7 (32 bit)? Any and all assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
