Why some InfoCubes bring along InfoPackage whereas some donu2019t

Hi Expert,

We are in BW 7.0

I activated couple of InfoCubes in BI Content with both u201CIn Data Flow

beforeu201D and u201CIn Data Flow Afterwardsu201D, e.g. 0FIFM_C01 and 0WBS_C11.

However, I donu2019t see InfoPackage or DTP come with the InfoCubes after

the activation.

My questions are:

1. Why some InfoCubes bring along InfoPackage whereas some donu2019t

2. If InfoPackage is not available with the InfoCube, how to load

data?

you can create infopackage manually for any business contents which you are installing as per your requirement.

According documentation of flow to cube 0FIFM_C01 available @:

it has style of BW 3.x dataflow. There are 2 InfoSources feeding up the cube:

- Budget in Funds Management (0FI_FM_1)

- Commitments and Actuals in Funds Management (0FI_FM_2)

Kindly check under those 2 InfoSources either there are really no Info Packages.

In case they are not present I assume that there were some error occurred within Bus.Content activation.

I don't see Infopackage for InfoSource 0FI_FM_1 and 0FI_FM_2 in Metadata Repository.

Also, I don't see the dataSource 0FI_FM_1 and 0FI_FM_2 in ECC under t-code RSA5

Reason and Prerequisites

As of Release SAP_APPL 4.70 (or EA PS 1.0), the DataSources were replaced with the following DataSources:

0FI_FM_1 -> 0PU_IS_PS_11

0PU_IS_PS_1 -> 0PU_IS_PS_11

0FI_FM_2 -> 0PU_IS_PS_2

0FI_FM_31 -> 0PU_IS_PS_31

0FI_FM_32 -> 0PU_IS_PS_32

0FI_FM_33 -> 0PU_IS_PS_33
