We have installed the SAP CRM 7.0 / NW7.01 EHP1 and applied all of the latest support packs.

Now, we have a requirement to install the SAP CRM Best Practices...Could you please let me know the following:

> On SAP MarketPlace, where can we download the SAP CRM Best Practices???

> What transaction is used to import the SAP CRM Best Practices content???

> What transaction is used to verifiy the content???
