Service Desk - Customizing for feedback functionality missing

Dear SAP,

I have implemented the Service Desk in my SAP Solution Manager.

I can create message from all satellites systems, except SRM system (DL1, QL1 and PL1).

I get the following message when I try to create a message :

To create message : Help - Create Support Message

Error : Customizing for feedback functionality missing

I have read some SDN messages about this error, but I did not get the solution.

One important information :

DL1, QL1 and PL1 have been installed AFTER the implementation of the Service Desk in Solution Manager.

In other term :

1. Service Desk in SOLMAN has been implemented in June 2010.

2. DL1, QL1 and PL1 have been installed in August 2010.

can you pls try to maintain te RFC entry in table BCOS_CUST, as described in the SAP note 614311

and check your SMSY config against the SAP note,824640 Missing customizing for Service Desk in SAP Solution Manager

Thanks for your input.

1. BCOS_CUST is correctly set with the right TRUSTED RFC.

2. I have also read OSS Note 824640 but no point matchs to my problem.

My problem is the following one :

DL1, QL1 and PL1 have beed installed AFTER the Service Desk implementation in SOLMAN.

So, do you know if there is any procedure to include new SAP Systems - as DL1, QL1 and PL1 - to be able to use the Service Desk from SOLMAN ?

Hi

there are few main things you can check

1 BP exists for your user id from which you are posting in solman system with Identification details for your new system

2 Authorization for posting ticket e.,g all std roles are assigned

3 Ibase in the solman for you newly installed system exists

Dear all,

My new SAP systems have a different customer number than Solution Manager.

In detail :

1. SOLMAN - P04 - has 699444 has customer number

2. DL9, QL9 and PL9 have 555777 has customer number.

I have checked others systems which have the samed customer as DL9, QL9 and PL9.

I do have the same issue.

I think I have to redeploy some steps of the Service Desk for systems who have a different customer number.

Dear all

We are VAR for SAP and we have 2 customers numbers for our SAP sysrtems.

I had initially only deploy IBase and BP for the first customer, not for the second one.

Reason why I was not able to create message.
