SAP REFX Sales based settlement not generating Cash flow

1)I am trying to run Final Settlement for previous year against certified sales, although settlement happen, but not generating cash flow.

2) I am trying to run Standard Settlement for previous year against Sales, no settlement happen

Both cases the Sales has been submitted for 2018 and when trying to run individually for Certified sales, settlement happen but cash flow not generating

And when trying to run Normal settlement for 2018, it is not happening.

Need urgent advise for solving this issue as client is dependent on this.

Issue already solved.

Reason: Sales based rent condition was attached with Basic Rent condition and as per business process, first basic rent conditions posting to be carried out from SAP REFX and then Sales based settlement and posting.

Same explained to Business users, so issue resolved.
