Open Items list for A/R Invoice does not show totals

I have a client who is running 9.3 PL05 and in the Open Items List if you choose A/R Invoices the totals do not appear at the bottom of the list. The totals work for Sales Orders, AP invoice etc.

I think this is some settings issue or maybe a data issue with the A/R Invoices because the totals show on the OEC database, just not this company database.

Does anyone know of a setting that would prevent the totals from appearing?

Hi,

Can you share the screen shot . If at bottom instead of numbers asterisk symbol is displayed change the header level currency and view with system currency.
