Hi All,
After long time I am on SDN.....
I have following question.
We have created customized service call "Claims Form" which will open FLM forms ....
Now my concern is when user click up on "Claims Form" service , the Form must be display in new window which is not happening .
I have done following actions :
Launch in New Window : Display in Separate Window , display in Separate Portal Window ...
I have tried this option but still Claim forms opening in same home page
Hello Vivek D
In the resource, please you have set the EXROLES parameter in the pcd url in the
backend and the application to launch in a new window.
With the parameter EXROLES, the system in the portal open a new window.
This should resolve the issue.

Hi,
you have mentioned.
I have done following actions :
Launch in New Window : Display in Separate Window , display in Separate Portal Window ...
I have tried this option but still Claim forms opening in same home page
I asume that Only 2 options u have tried. If it's not working after setting Display in Separate Header less Portal Window, then may be other property settings missed.
Regards,
Shankar.
