TDS certificate Error

Hello all.

I am creating TDS Certificate by J1INCERT, it is showing me error

"Please maintain entries in Layout customizing"

"Entries for certificate layout are missing in customizing."

I have check the setting for the same, for Business place 1000 Sec: 194C Certificate: J_1IEWT_CERT,

Number group 01, is done.

Maintain the layout for certificate printing. Use the path IMG --> Financial Accounting --> Financial Accounting Global Settings --> Withholding Tax --> Extended Withholding Tax --> Postings --> India --> Withholding Tax Certificates for Vendors and Customers --> Maintain Number Groups and SAPscript Forms

Here also setting has been done for Company code P001, Sec Code 194C(name for Section Code), W/H tax Key 194C, Form: J_1IEWT_CERT, Number group: 01"

Can some tell how to resolve this error

Hi,

Please go to SM30 transaction > J_1IEWT_CERT_N view

Then go to SM30 transaction > J_1IEWT_CERT view

And maintain your form there for your company code, business place/section code and official WHT Key

Then please provide us the entries you have created in J_1IEWT_CERT_N and J_1IEWT_CERT

P001 194C 194C J_1IEWT_CERT 01

and in Table J_1IEWT_CERT

P001 1000 194C J_1IEWT_CERT 01

In table J_1IEWT_CERT_N, the entry should be as below:-

P001 1000 194C J_1IEWT_CERT 01

Assuming your company code is P001, Section Code is 1000 and 194C is WHT key.

1000 is my business palce section code is 194C(Name of Section code for test purpose), W/H tax key is also 194c

Then that is the issue.

You should have created the business place and section code both with the same name for withholding tax purpose.

Change the section code to 1000 and then maintain the entry.
