ADS issue

Dear Guru's

I have installed and configured ADS in our production environment with Apps and DB server when login to DB server and test the ADS test its working fine but when i do same test from Apps server am getting Error

Can anybody pls let me know any settings to be done in Apps server for ADS

IP address of EP is not maintained in the Host file of application server after maintaining it resolved the issue
