Sick leave requirement and solution
for negative time , no time evaluation
1. Create Sick Leave Absence type.
2. Create absence quota type-1 with 30days, quota type-2 with 60days, and
quota type-3 with 90days like that.
3. Give Deduction rule to quotas created and Remaining steps are common.
4. In T554c Qtype1 can be given as 100% paid, Qtype2 as 75% paid and 25%
unpaid,Qtype3 as 50%paid/Unpaid(as you wish)
clarification:
1. Do we need to create a wage type for each quotas
2. please brief me how to tackle this
Appreciating immediate response
Thanks

Hi,
For standard SAP Payroll solution countries this is done by respectiv function in payroll driver.
Otherwise, you can create 2 quitas: 1 quota for 14 days, 2 quota for 350 days and give these quitas to employees every year. Create deduction rule that quita 1 is deducted first and the quota 2 should be used. Then, as described above, you can valuate these quitas respectively.
Cheers!
this can be dealt with a Pay roll Function useing the Absence Valuation for unpaid absence TKAU** or else you can have to do with Factoring PCR
RTE=TKSOLL
RTE/15days

Hi,
1. Wether you need special wage types or not depends on your business requirements. For example, if you want to know the what abcense type generated payment, i.e. 100%, 75%, 25%. If you it doesn't matter you can have 1 or 2 wage types: Paid vacation and Unpaid vacation (if needed).
2. If you are veluating quotas (as you described in your scenario) you should not use table T554C. Instead you should use table V_T556W and create respective rules for quotas there.
Cheers!
