Quality Inspection Lot Not Cancelled After Goods Reversal (102)

I have done a goods reversal for 101 using MBST. However the Inspection Lot still not cancelled and still exist in the system.

Anyway to remove this Inspection Lot.

Note: There is no more quantity stuck in QI state after the reversal.

Cancel material document of 101 using MIGO - cancel document.Status of lot will become CRTD.Please see you are cancelling correct material document.

Hi Vishal,

The receiving (101) have been cancelled previously using MBST. By right after the cancellation, the inspection lot which was created under this 101 shall be cancelled as well. However, it is not cancelled but still active, causing my inventory on hand in a positive variance.

Was document generated for 102 movement?

HI Vishal,

Document was generated for 102. Now, On hand Qty is unable to jive with MD04. The QM lot is still showing as a record in MD04, implying there is an outstanding qty to be inspect. In actual, there is no qty available under QI in MMBE.

try to cancel the Lot using Tcode QA02 goto Menu >> Inspection Lot >> Functions >> Cancel Lot.

The option to "cancel lot" is not available. It is grey off.
