Hi all
I am using SAP 8.8 first time ... the problem is when i m creating new company it ask for site password wht shoul i give in this field .... in the site user it is B1SiteUser wht should i give the password ,,, my customer forget the password of sql server as well ... is there any way i can retrive the password of sql server .... i can enter into sql server as it is on remember password mode ......

Hi Rajnish,
This task will need to be carried out by an administrator. If you have forgot the password. you can reset the B1Site UserID password from the SAP Business One - > service manager settings.

for the sql server password you can login as local/network admin then open sql server management studio login as windows authentification , and from there you can reset sql server user password.
for b1site user still can change from sap service manager got to setting form license manager and then click configure security then change password site

Countinue this step :-
After login SQL in left having tree (Database,Security,server Object etc.) just expend(Click on) the Security here you got again Logins,Server role and crediancial ,just click on Logins here all login user excist just select the sa and go for mouse right click select properties, After this select open a new sql form calles Login properties -sa
on this form field is avalable called Password and Confirm Password here you create new password for Sql server which is associated with sa user
after ok button ,further login in SQL with SQL Server Authentication and fill user name is sa and passward same which is updated in last windows.

Login in sql as windows authontication mode and reset the password for sa user.
and for B1SiteUser this password you set at time of installationof sap may be manager chk it.
