Report in background - view

Dear Sir,

I have run a stock report in background, now i go to SM37 and see the job is finished

but how can i view this,

Use tcode --> SP02.

Hi,

1) select Job , then go to spool icon.

2) see the number of pages , and click on type column.

3) you will get o/p of execution , then if number of pages is more than 10

then go to setting and change number of displayed default pages number from 10 to number you got step 2.

But when i click on "Spool", it gives error - No list available

I am sure there is list avbl. what is wrong?

Hi,

may be your report does not contain any output.

Do one thing again run the report for diffrent i/p and once finished then again do the steps which i have mentioned earlier.

( use sm37 transaction)

Hi,

1) Select the job and goto spool icon for view the result.

2) If you want to see the log of particular job, select the job and goto joblog icon.

3) If you included and set of transactions or programs then the result of these can be viewed through step icon.
