While posting raw material quantity should not be proposed even if yield is

Dear all

I use CO58 for production posting. Yield [confirmation quantity] is entered first; & when i go for "Goods Movement" system proposes raw material quantity on basis of yield entered.

I have following requirement as per my business scenario.

While posting, raw material quantity should not be proposed though yield is entered. And this is to be applied to a particular material category.

Please help.

If U maintained the back flush setting in master data, then,

Remove the backflush Indiactor for the material ,in MMo2, Mrp 2 view , or in Work center CRO2, or in CA02

IF U maintained in Customizing,

In opK4 remove the tick in All goods movents in General valid setting

I want concerned raw materials to get proposed WITH QUANTITY ZERO.

Dear ,

I think you are in PP-PI process and you want to post the confirmation through matintain PI sheet entry in CO58.After entering the PI sheet in co58 , it has screen for confirmation posting .

But yeild qty filed which gets updated based on the Confirmation parametrs set up in OPK4 for process order type and the SAP txn is CORK not CO58 .

So if you do not want to update the Backflashed compoenet qty , then Un-checked Good Movement -All Compoenets in General Valid settings in confirmation parameters -OPK4
