Reconciliation between KKO3 & FBL3N

Our company use variance information from KKO3 report - there are 5 types of variance

I try to agree total variance from KKO3 with GL (FBL3N) but I can not. It shows minor differences.

Could you please give me a suggestion?

The issue lies in the report definition in KKO* reports..

One of the category of variances MXPV (Mixed Price variance) is usually not included in the report definition...

Also, Go to KKO5 and choose your report form... CLick on menu Extras > Drill down display > Select rows and columns...See if the all the categories of variances are selected for drilldown display... Some of the categories of variance may be hidden from drilldown display in order to fit the screen..

These are the only 2 reasons, I have encountered myself...

The ideal way would be to copy the form to a Z and then do your changes.. You can change the standard SAP given as well, no issues with that too

      Appreciated your support.

Now there is no number in my KKO5 report, I'm trying to check the data source.

Actually, I haven't seen MXPV before because I know only InpPrcVar (Price Variance).

If I reach a conclusion, I will let you know.

      Thank you so much.
