Hello Gurus,

Could you please let me know if there any report exist that can show me the time taken in each phase like starting from Lead to Order? I mean Lead XYZ is converted to Order and I would like to know the time it spent in lead, how much time in spent in Opportunity and how much time it spent in Quote before being converted to an Order and also total time for this conversion (Lead to Order).

Does any standard report exist already? if not which data sources could be used to create one?

I have

regards

Hello Rasheed,

Currently, there is no Standard report in C4C that will provide the time spent in each Sales phase. Still, you can submit this as a new system enhancement request via our Customer Influence forum. There you can request the new features for the new releases of the system:

https://influence.sap.com/SAPCloudforCustomer

Once you have submitted your requirement, feel free to share the request ID with us so that we can vote on it and also follow up internally with our development teams.

If you need this functionality urgently you may contact your implementation manager to help.

Alternatively, you can also reach out to our SAP Cloud Service Center which can be reached for any immediate customizations needed. You can find more details about the services offered by Cloud Service Center on https://www.sap.com/services/application-development.html

You can contact Cloud Service Center as follows:

a) If you are a partner: please use cloudsolutionpartner@sap.com or the Partnerfinder

b)If you are a customer: please use the little blue box “Contact Us” shown on the very right-hand side of https://www.sap.com/services/application-development.html, choose “Contact Us”, choose “Services”, choose “SAP Custom Development” and complete the page.

Note: The services of the SAP Cloud Service Center will be charged as packaged services based on fixed prices.

The benefits of using the above roll-in channels:

• You make your voice heard when it comes to adding new features to future releases of SAP Cloud for Customer.

• You have full transparency about what happens to all submitted ideas.

• You can engage and connect with a network of other customers, partners and SAP experts.

Kind Regards,

Marlon
