Error 513

I am getting an Error 513 when I try to create a Service Desk message in Solution Manager from Help > Create Message.

The tricky part is I get it when I set my Process_Type in DNO_CUST04 to ZLFN but not if I set it to SLFN. SLFN works fine.

Any ideas?

Hello,

In sppfcadm, application dno_notif, there is an action profile SLFN0001_STANDARD_DNO . Here, the action SLFN0001_STANDARD_DNO_CRM is the action that creates a CRM message from a basis notification. In the 'processing types' for the action, is there anything under 'processing parameters?

I hope you re doing fine. Could you be more specific about the error message. Its number 513 but what message class is it; so i can take a look to where it s used ...

Hi Janson,

Please check the action defnition "ZLFN0001_ADVANCED_UPDATE_DNO" (copy of the action "SLFN0001_ADVANCED_UPDATE_DNO") is active or inactive in your action profile?. If it is inactive also, you will get this message.

is your authorisations are fine enough,

chk the below notes and compare the settings,

Hi,

For SLFN to be working and yet ZLFN is not working; I believe the copying of the action profile and conditions maybe missing in your case. Could you please kindly verify the following:

In transaction SPPFCADM, any conditions defined for action profile ZLFN0001_ADVANCED ?

have you completed the copying SLFN_0001_ADVANCED to ZLFN0001_ADVANCED ?

If it is incomplete, meaning there is no condition

defined for action profile ZLFN0001_ADVANCED. Please define them via

transaction SPPFCADM->select CRM_ORDER as applications->click

"Condition Configuration(Transportable condition)".
