Hello. We are currently replication BP data between CRM and ECC. One field/value in particular (telephone numbers) is not needed or used in our CRM environment and I would like to know if it possible to stop phone numbers from replicating between CRM and ECC? Phone numbers (for us) are strictly maintained in ECC and we have noticed many instances where the number is updated in ECC and tries to replication but the BDOC fails for some reason. Moments later, a CSR will make an update in CRM (usually an address change) and the BP data is replicated back to ECC. Since the original BDOC failed, CRM did not have the updated numbers and new numbers in ECC were overlaid with the old numbers. When we reprocess the failed BDOC, the new numbers get sent to CRM but ECC has already been overlaid. Thanks for any assistance.
The CRM Middleware forum might be a better place to log this, is odd why the phone number would cause the bdoc error, and that forum probably would be best chance to do what you want.
