Display HTML data in Crystal

I'm using Crystal Reports 11. One of the database fields has html formatting. In Format Field I set Text Interpretation as HTML text, but some of HTML tags as <b> or <i> or <ol> are just ignored and do not show on the report. Are there any other settings that I miss?

HTML support in Crystal is limited. If you search this forum you will find detailed discussion.

I've already searched. Here is list of supported tags

When I have b or i tags in my data, they do not appear on the report as bold or italic - just plain text

b and i tags are supported. Check the syntax in the raw data. If the problem is not obvious, show your HTML text in its raw form here (so we can see how the tags are specified).

I think I found where the problem is. Rich text editor I use to update data creates tags strong and em instead of b and i and those ones are not supported by Crystal reports a s well as lists. Is there any way around it?

You can use the option in Crystal to interpret the text as RTF.
