Hi,

Just go to tcode sm30 and check V_t554c. You need to have an entry in that table with those features. 99 must be from country group, 01 from absence valuation grouping and 20 for the valuation rule. In case you think you shouldn´t need that entry there must be a mistake in the master data from that employee.

Hope it helps.

Well, that would be my first guess.

As I mentioned before, it may just be a problem in the master data of the employee. Is the country grouping from that employee 99? You shuld check if the absences that the employee have is correct, then definetely there must be something missing in that table.

The issue is that the payroll is trying to valuate an absences that does not have any absence valuation in table T554c.

Check the master data and check the table to see where the mistake may be.

Hope it helps.

I am pretty sure that some kind of absences valuation is always required, because if the way to tell the absences how is it´s going to work. It does not mean you need tu have time evaluation or something more complex.

Is the first time an employee has this absence?

If you need to create an entry in the table don´t be worry. Check the spro under Payroll-->Absences and you will find more documentation that may help, but I really think there is a missing entry in the table.
