Condition record ZWST exists but has not been set

Dear Guru's,

We have a sales order created with out ZWST. The Pricing procedure XXXXXXX triggered for this sales order has no mandatory for ZWST.

When we had processed the delivery and created Invoice we got an error that MWST is missing with message "Condition record ZWST exists but has not been set".

The Pricing Procedure for the billing was trggered as YYYYYY and ZWST is mandatory for this.

I went to change mode of the invocie and selected item and conditions, Update icon clicked on A and B but it is still in the same position.

Please let me know who can i make this successfull.

Regards,

RajSuhas

Please check the validity periods of the ZWST record using VK13 & the pricing date of the invoice.

Also check if all the fields used in the ZWST access Sequence are valid and flowing in the order.

Looks you are using different pricing procedures for Order and Billing. Please check if this is fine with your business / client.

    Regards

    Sai

    HI

I think this is becouse, you are using STD condition MWST for which it is maintained as D - Not possible to process manually in v/06

Change it to B - Automatic entry has priority and try

This message means that a condition record has been found in analysis but is not in the document. Analysis does a simulated

repricing using pricing type B (everything is redetermined) and the list of found conditions is compared to those that are in

the document that you are analyzing.

    The reason for your message is probably a condition record was created with a from-date in the past. Existing orders would get this record if you reprice;

Solution - check your copy control - use G if it is not set to that for the item category
