Can any body guide me how to resolve this business

i have 30 manufacturing plants all plants i have same charactersitics so i created class characteristics when i am trying to assign this class characteristics system allow to only one plant.

like if i link with class to mic it will come to reference

if i create mic incomplete copy model i will use multiple plants

if i create complete copy model only that particular plant should allow to use

any other enhancement or badi is there kindly guide me my requirement is i create central characteristics and i will use this characteristics to all plants.

if i create incomplete copy model how system update batch characteristics.

Please search the forum. This has been discussed and not to long ago. You link your general characteristics to a MIC. We recommend you use a central plant or a central headquarters plant as a master data plant. One the MIC's are created than can be used by any plant. Just specify the mic number and the master plant number in the inspection plans.

Create the mic in the plant you want it in. In the mic creation screen, enter in the general characteristic you want it linked to. It's the same process as creating a mic with reference in any other plant.

right me if any wrong same manner i created mic link with the class characteristics in quality planning material assignment i used same characteristics to different material codes and different plants is it best practise or not or if any other solution is there kindly guide me

because i have 100 manufacturing plants each plan i want check same characteristics but different specification for different materials thats why i am following to material assignment in quality plan
