Creating MDM Governance UI .

Is it possible for Creating MDM Governance UI .Please help me in this.

Hi Chinnu,

The Data Governance is generally done by using UI with MDM. You can refer to the CMDM scenarios.

Simple scenario is:

UI-> Acts as the User interface

MDM -> Operation on data, checking for duplidates, data enriching etc is done here.

ECC -> Destination

Process: User logins to UI via EP and requestd for material creation. A workflow gets triggered, which say.. is checking if a duplicate material exists. The approver can login via EP and based on the workflow output can reject/approve the material creation. On approval: the material gets created in MDM and the requestor is also notified. If duplicate, the material creation request can be rejected by the approver.

Thankyou so much. Can you please guide me if any standard UI is there in MDM so that we can enhance it rather than creating a new one.
