How to Bring the Old Customer Masters as Business Partners

Hi,

We are running on SAP system now.Now we are adding collections management to the already running system. Now if i create Customer Master it is replicating in Business Partner.

But how can i bring the old customers to Business Partners? Is there any other process for it?

Please advise me..

Thanks for your message. I saw that article. But it is applicable to new master data creation but not for the old data right? i will close this thread..

Hi,

It is applicable for existing customers as well. When we run the synchornization cockpit, it will create the business partners from the existing customers as well if the corresponding configuration is done.

Yes - you need to run the MDS_LOAD_COCKPIT to create the new collections management BP's from your current ERP Customers.
