work flow for BP

Dear Peers,

My requirement is when a BP(prospect) is changed to BP(Sold to party), respective marketing rep has to be notified. Pls advice how to proceed?

    Hi

    you can use SAP standard BOR and its event - BUS1006 changed. You can then create simple workflow schema that will be launched when this event occurs and will check whether change of data you mentioned was done (so new BP role added, eg using Change Documents for BP), and send email.
