Cancellation of a sold Sales Unit

Hi

I used TCode HBSO to sell the Sales Unit to Internal Customer.

Then using VA02 changed the Internal Customer to required Customer.

When I want to cancel the same Sales Order through HBCX, I found that the doc type HBCX is missing.

Kindly give me the settings for the doc type HBCX.

Immediate help required.

Hi

I have created the doc type HBCX by copying it from doc type RE.

I used the transaction HBCX for cancelling the Sales Document no.18.

I filled in the Internal Customer details.

But I am getting the error message as "Sales Document type is invalid for 18".

Can somebody tell me whats the error ??
