Any way to delete all instances in BO Enterprise Instance Manager

*Description of Problem or Question: Client did not have the option to delete excess instances turned on and now they have over 300 pages of instances in the Instance Manager which is taking up too much hard drive space. Is there an easier way to delete these instances instead of 1 page at a time.

*Product\Version\Service Pack\Fixpack (if applicable): Business Objects Enterprise XI R2

*Relevant Environment Information (OS & version, java or .net & version, DB & version): Windows Server 2003, SQL Server 2005

*Sporadic or Consistent (if applicable): NA

*What has already been tried (where have you searched for a solution to your question/problem): I can delete one page at a time by selecteding all and clicking delete, but I want to avoid doing this over 300 times if possible.

Steps to Reproduce (if applicable):

set the limit on the folder or objects. what it does is it deletes the old instances after reaching that limit.

if the limit is set is on the foler, all objects in that folder inherits that value. suppose if you have the set the value to 100. it always keeps the latest 100 instances.

in CMC --> go to folder --> limits

No, it will not drop instances right away. If you have already crossed the limit that you have just now defined then it will only drop them once their next schedule completes. Dropping all instances system-wide as soon as you have defined a new limit will never happen and honestly speaking not efficient either.
