Leaving action 84 in PA40

Dear Expert,

Please let me know how to assign leaving action 84 only in tcode PA40 in a particular user, i have already assign parameter ID UGR with value 40, all action are appear there bu we have to provide leaving action 84 only, suggest me the object or any other steps which we have to take.

(If you maintained the same same UGR(40) for all action types including Leaving action 84 and in the user profile of that particular user you maintained UGR as 40 then that user can access all the Action Types defined with UGR 40)

>Please maintain a different UGR(Say 88 ) for that particular action , and assign that different UGR (Say 88) to the profile of that particular user

>After made changes in the UGR for that particular action, please talk with you BASIS person and make changes regarding UGR(change UGR from 40 to the new one , here say 88) settings for that particular user's profile

Are you maintained the same UGR ( 40 as per your post) for all action types including you Leaving action 84

go for IGMOD Feature configuration for all the action you taken 40 and for this action take 41 and activate the feature

and assign 41 UGR to that User

Maintain different User group for that action and same you can add in User parameters with t code SU3.
