error occured in calculating ESI

hello gurus,

i got a problem in calculating ESI ( employee state insurance ) . As PC00_M40_ESIF is the standard format which shows the list of the people contributing for esi .

Now my question is , How can we find people who are not in esi ?

let me explain the my problem ,

As per norms of esi in India it was 10k the guy below this comes in the list , but from 2010 the government changed to 15k from

April , 2010. Now due to that few guys are missing , how to get them is my problem...!
