Creat FS,if BOM quantities change,enhancement should change quantity in PR

hi gurus,

Please help in creating Functional specification of the foliowing, I am a fresher in SAP so need ur help

The process goes as follows:

1. Create the Project

2. Upload BOM

3. Transfer the BOM to the project

4. System automatically creates the reservations as per the BOM data.

5. PR is created for the required project materials for the particular WBS element

6. PO is created with reference to PO

7. Materials are issued against the reservations created

Issue for which FS needs to be created is:

1. If the BOM quantities changed u2026u2026

2. Our enhancement should change the quantities in the reservations, PR, if the PRs are open or else modify the quantities in the PO, if the PO is open, if the PO is closed then no update required
