Adding multiple products in service tickets

The functionality above was meant to be available for the 1608/1611 release however it doesn't seem to be in our tenants

1. Is it applicable for C4C service tickets where product data comes from SAP ERP (MDG)?

2. If so, where can the info on how to do this be found? I've looked at all the documents via the Help Center to no avail

Hi Nathalie,

You can access the feature through the new "Products" tab within the ticket UI.

Please note that one product is still considerd the "Main", and it is the only one showed in the Product section of the Overview tab and avaialble for routing and workflow rules.
