Web Intelligence Cache Server is missing

Hi

I've just noticed there is no "Web Intelligence Cache Server" in the list of servers in my CMC. For Crystall Report, we have the followign servers:

Crystal Reports Cache Server

Crystal Reports Job Server

Crystal Reports Processing Server

the same sort of servers for Deski (that we never use), but for Webi we can see just one server which is:

Web Intelligence Processing Server.

How can I get Web Intelligence Cache Server ? I need it to enable auditing event.

Hello,

there is no WebI Cache Server. Only the processing Server and the Adaptive Job Server (on XI 3.1)

Thanks Seb. The reason I asked this question was because I have enabled all Events for auditing on the Webi processing server, however it doesn't capture the webi reports I open and view ;(

I thought there might be another server that should be used for enabling the auditing events...

Any experience in this area?

The Webi Processing Server should cover auditing for opening and refreshing Webi documents. Are other events being audited ? Eg User Logons

Yes the other information is storing in the Auditing database. Such as opening Crystal reports and scheduling reports. But I don't understand why it doesn't capture opening the Webi reports that are more important to us!

Did you restart the Webi Processing server after applying the auditing changes ?

If other events are being audited there isn't a problem with the auditing database etc, so I haven't seen this before.
