please can some one tell me how to retrieve the transaction with errors and rerun.Possibly export the transaction with errors to a local file.

Please a detailed guidance will be so much appreciated...Thanks

You can rerun the batch input session again. This will ONLY process the error-ed transaction. But this option will only work if you had an config problem and you have fixed it and now you want to process the remaining transactions again...!

Hi, if you did not set the option "keep" when creating your batch input folder, you can export it in sm35, correct and reimport it

Take also a look to program /SAPDMC/SAP_LSMW_BI_ANALYSIS for analyzing your batch

    Hi,

Go to sm35 select erroneous session and double click on it then you will get the all transactions with status correct and incorrect

then select the incorrect radio button you will get all errors with index number. This index number is nothing but the record number of your file.

    Hi

Goto SM35 and see there in the log where error had occured. Or click on the process over there and select it as fore ground process where you can see the error in OK_CODE and change that record.

    hi

for that only i'm saying you can check in the log present over there. In the log you can see where the error had occured in your loading. Hence change that record and try again. Or the other traditional way is by selecting fore ground process only, where it show the error in the OK_CODE. No other options upto me. These are the two ways you can manipulate your error.
