Incomplete customs document (country of final destination issue )

Hello,

Our users have created a customs document and saved it. In the header data, the departing country is CH and destination country is FI in customs document(geography tab) . The issue is that customs document is incomplete (red ) and the message section shows error , " country of final destination cannot be CH, FL and FI if trading goods contained ".

In the item level of the customs document in the general data tab, there is a field "Trading goods" and it's value= 1 ( 1 means commecrial goods )

We sell trading goods only but why is the system not accepting the country of destination as "FI" ? Pls suggest if config is missing or ife we need to check any config in GTS, then pls tell us the config path/T code too )

If we need to check something in the invoice, pls let us know how to see the invoice, if we know the customs document

Hi,

please check if you have already implemented note 1323948.

This note changes the behaviour so that the message you get will only occur if you have country CH as a destination country.

After applying the note, please test again.
