Knowledge base jobs

Hi SDN,

We are on Solution Manager 7.0 EHP1.

The knowledge bases jobs can not compiled because of the log message job: "Job already exists in the queue. Do nothing."

We follow the procedures of the note 887 277 - Clean old SAF queue jobs and indexes, and the problem is solved, but temporarily, since the problem appears again.

How can we prevent this error?
