Creating a new DDLB

Hi forum

Im going through the cookbook on how to create drop down boxes, but need some assistance as im fairly new to this

Ive got a SrvTHead view in my Z* BSP Application and im trying to create a new context node on this. At the end of the wizard it tells me that view was not copied with wizard, processing not available

Do I have to copy SrvTHead under CRM_IC BSP application again? Why cant I just create a new context node on this existing one already?

All i want to achieve is a new drop down under header overview for service tickets

If you want to use the original component and add another view you will first have to create a enhancement profile. Once this is done you can add your context node or any other components you feel that is needed for your requirement.

Thanks Justin Ive done just that. I managed to create my new context node under view ZSrvTHead

Going further, how would I know which BOL Entity to use when creating attributes?
