Error in transmission Status of SC

Hi Gurus,

We are created the SC with three line item and this SC has been approved by the approvers and updated the PR number in the t-code BBP_PD and also the Follow-on-Document details are available with three line item in table BBP_PDBEI. But the PR in R/3 is having only two line item and the third line item of SC details missing in the PR.

Also the SC status as Error in transmission and i tried to create the SC from monitoring report and I am getting the message as Shopping cart 0000409713 (PReq. 3000066469): 06 401 Purchase requisition 3000066469 already exitsts (Document Number 409713.

Please suggest me why the third line item is not transfer to the PR and first two line item status shown as Error in transmission instead of Follow-On-Document Created.

All.

The three line items are same. when we are using three service line items, it is creating the Three line item PR's

Account assignment category configuration wise is there any difference between your sandbox and config - No differance

Also in your mix SC all item are of same account assignment category.. Here I am suspecting is there any required field missed out.. No required fields are missing.

Muthu,

We created the SC with same details in our Sandbox, we are not facing the spliting PR issue. We are using the same cost center for all the line item with different service material group.

Any suggestion.

Hi,

Account assignment category configuration wise is there any difference between your sandbox and config..

Also in your mix SC all item are of same account assignment category.. Here I am suspecting is there any required field missed out..

Thanks for the update.

Is it happening in development box after post refresh- This is happening for this SC only, not for others.

Can you check in ECC already this number was created - yes, once the approver approved the SC in SRM and the same day 09/02/2010 the PR is created with Two line item instead of Three line item.

Check your EBAN table what is the latest PR number- Latest PR# 3000066511 created on today.

FYI, same user created the SC on 09/07/2010 and it has been successfully converted to the PR without any issues.Only this SC we are facing the issues.

Please let me know your suggestion.

ok. try with same data and recreate the issue

any PR spliting this issue- we can narrow down.

Hope you are not mixing with services in the shopping carts

but SRM tried issue the number range for PR since SRM is a master team.

check your EBAN table what is the latest PR number.
