SERVER BUSY ERROR

Hi Experts,

While downloading from IP24 my client is having an error as "SERVER BUSY" when downloading directly thorugh spreadsheet or Shift+F4. and the error doesnot goes.He needs to go to task manager to close the application.

He is able to download through LIST-->SAVE option without this error.

Has any one faced such error as above and what is the remedy for this.

Even excel workbook is also already open.This doesnot happens with all users and happens with a particular user only.

Please give your expert assistance for this.
