Consigment Fillup order issue

Hi Friends,

We are using Consignment sales and we have an issue in that

1. Consignment Fill up sales order u201CXu201D was created and delivered qty say 100 Tons.

2. Then Consignment Pickup order was created and returns delivery for 100 tons was done.

3. Later fill up delivery was done for the second time for 100 Tons.

Now issue is Consignment fill up order shows delivered qty as 200.

Has anyone come across this before ? How to correct the situation?

Dear AM Vahanan ,

Do small activity, Goto T.code [MB58] and give the details like material and customer for which you did Consignment Fill up and pick up

and here check the quantity select that qty line either double click or click on top menubar Enviorment and then click on material document here you see the actual Movement type and corroesponding material document numeber and analyse what exactly you did either 631 (fill up), 632 (Pick up), 633 (issue), 634 (return)

for above excersie you can note down the delivery you generate and there , you will get the materail document number for exact tally

then analyse

Hi

In u r issue after Fill up process u r doing Pickup process that means u r sending matrial to consignee and Picing the material

back. In this cycle u r fillup qty will be Zero.pls ceck this stage material consigne stock (W) will be Zero or not.

In second step again u r doing Fill up process so material will be sending to consignee.

In first step that will be zero means u r process is correct other wise it is wrong.pls check it once again.

In your query above you have mentioned as

Itclearly showns that you have delivered 200 tons of material. That is the reason why Consignment Fill-up is showing 200 Tons as Delivered Quantity.

The impact is when we try to change the sales order qty it asks minimum of 200 Tons to be entered and throws error as below

Will the system not consider the Consignment pickup(return delivery) of 100 Tons?

It is not right to raise sales order for 200T when we want to deliver 100T.

Hi Vahanan,

How you have created return delivery? Have you created a return order? or have you created a consignment return? If you have created a consignment return, kindly please note that unless until you create a consignment pickup order, system will not return the stock to the unrestricted stock from the customer consignment stock. So do that and check by creating a delivery for issue.Kindly please let me know If you need any more information on this.
