Service Desk SLA

Hi All,

I want to integrate SLA with our solman Service Desk. So we can monitor,

whether all messae are processed as per the Service Level Agreement

SLA) defined by the management.

So is it possible to activate SLA in CRM_DNO_MONITOR? Can you please

guide me how to configure or activate it?
